The first block of this apparment is not complete and have being left incomplete with out providing basic amenities like generator, gym etc, though the money is taken. The builders are trying to complete the 2nd block and cheat people with same intention. Please be aware to deal with such builders. Contact the residents for more feedback.

The builder and landlord have not yet completed the block 1 since last few years.
There is no possibility that Tejas Daffodils will be completed in next 5 yrs.
Builders are known for delays. Do not trust the words of marketing agents.they will disappear once you book the flat.

I have got to know that it does not provide generator facility and many more to the Sai Bloomingdale residents though money has already been collected from them.Can anybody specify more on the hicupps faced with Tejas Sai Bloomingdale and does the builder finish project within stipulated time or delay it to an extent and take extra charges on it as well.

Dont believe this builder and invest your hard earned money with him. He is not at all professional . he has taken full amount from us on registration of flat (his previous project) acting very professionally but till to date works are not completed.Even the quality of work completed inside the house is very bad.what he promises that he would deliver is different from what you get..... Just dont get cheated like us. -sameera
