Q: I have seen this property in Kadugudi white field. Located approximately 300m away from main road, behind chaitanya Villa. In all aspects I find this project better than many other project I have seen.Just concerned about legal aspect of it as I don't know any about it. Can any one help me in same regards. What I feel about overall project components :- I find their way of communication is very transparent. These people have been in this business from past 15-18 years so we can definitely expect better outcome and can be assure on proposed detailed getting translated into reality.Anyways there is always a component called "Faith" comes into picture when you are going for any pre-launch or on-going project. Apart from this what else should I check to get double assure....

STAY ORDER ON SVS PALM LAND
Q: THERE WERE DISPUTES ON THE LAND LIKE DOUBLE SELLING BY THE LANDOWNERS AND SOME CASES WERE FILED ON THE LAND OWNERS AND ALL. STAY ORDERS WERE OBTAINED FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION WORK THERE . HOWEVER NANDISH REDDY IS DOING THE PROJECT BECAUSE HE IS A POLITICIAN. ANYBODY HAS GOT THE RELEVANT PAPERS RELATING TO WITHDRAWAL OF STAY ORDERS?

Hey Mohit, Recently I have inquired about the project and the marketing guy told me that among 96 flats only 9 flats are available for sale. Have you booked an apartment and what information are you looking for?
Thanks. I came across the property, but there was no feedback available on Google. Was wondering how is the quality and Other legal aspect about the project.Anyone has booked the flat can put some light on this.
