I also booked my flat in 2009....also no updates till...I was tld thth in may 2013 finally we will give possesion but its already june and bricks works and plastering is not done yet.....

Hi Vidya I also booked this flat and I talk to builders about this issue. I don’t know the recent update or expect completion date. If anybody know about the completion date please update.

Avoid this project
Q: We have a flat booked in this project. We failed to pay one of the installments on time of about 4 lacs when we went later with the amount, they did not accept the payment. They asked us to cancel the booking or pay the new higher rate. Although, as per the agreement we pay 24% interest. But they just wouldn't agree. And if we cancel, they would deduct 50% of the booking amount. This is just not fair. For people who are looking to buy flats in this project, I would say avoid it.

I am planning to buy an apartment there, I have seen the project and I liked it. The project is situated in the heart of IT hub of Pune, connectivity is also good and they are providing various modern amenities.

Well, seeing just that I made this purchase but as of now its in a stuck position. Project seems good builders are not! And BTW its definitely not in the middle of IT hub. It is actually 4 km away from the mezza nine. Yeah if the road from Wipro ph2 is constructed eventually, it wud be just 1.5 kms from there

my name is prasad sanjay borse we booked 1BHK flat in sec-2 building 9 room no9 in your projerct on 18 feb2010 that time my father's service period was of 6 years.in 2 years still our registration process pending. now my fathar's service is 4 years. so how we can get home loan i want explanation.
Q: my father is working in Central Railway. after 4 years he will retired from his service. ur projects 2 sector building no 09.construction is totally stopped from last 5-6 months because of this serious issue our family is in depression. how can i get justice
