I bought a flat from them in December'2010 in Scintilla, Yelahanka & have now put it on sale. Co-operation from builder for most buyer's issues & concerns are "Almost ZERO". I am considering to book book it. Its a nice locality. thanks to some trees nearby, cool breeze is said to be there always.

they say its going to be ready for possession by early 2014. Considering what they promise to give, the wait is worth it I feel!

Plannin for a good apartment near Manyata. Heard about skyline from my friend who bought a 2 bhk at Blueberry Mangalore. His project got delayed by just 4months. well all builders promise but delay for over 3-4 years. So planning to book a 3 bhk with Oasis.
