I wanted to purchase a 2 bhk flat in Rohini, while searching Google find a company called VK Probuild Pvt Ltd which is providing 2bhk flat in just 22 lakhs with modular kitchen.
Can someone tell me about this company? Should i purchase a property with it or avoid it?

Robin, are u planning to live in L-zone near future? Be careful, L Zone will take at least 5 years to develop (may be more). The place is excellent for long-term investment purpose. There are so many residential projects in L Zone Dwarka but right now there is absolutely no infrastructure in the area. Builders are selling apartments by saying buyers that l zone will be a smart city in next 4-5 years. Is it really possible? What is your opinion regarding time taken in building basic infrastructure in L Zone (forget about smart city). Is it worth to invest 47 lakhs for a 2bhk flat in Victorian Privilege project in L zone by Victorian corporation developer?
