Q: Hi, Please help me resolve below query 1. Is it ok to buy only gram panchayat approved sites near bial bangalore? 2. If yes then what documents i should take for verification before buying the site? 3. Will be there any future complications? 4. Location of the site is very near to BIAL trumphet and 500 mts from NH7. 5. What would be the process for registration? 6. If i buy the property can i make house immediately on the site?

Q: Q-1: Hi, I want to know that Gram Panchayata approval land can be Khata A or only can have only Computerized khata (E-Khata)? Q-2: to Get E-Khata, Land should be registered with BMRDA ?
