I have already decided to move ahead with legal action as they do not have the required permissions to build the Self Use Studio till my last discussion 2 days back. Hi Dipak, I had a meeting with Premia last week and they were non-comittal about anything. They simply told me to take my money back or go to court. I have already initiated legal course of actionas last resort. Just get the legal sanctity of your provisional allotment letter cross verified.
