Just to caution others, I have been constantly demanding the approval papers from them and even did not sign MOU without approval papers in place. I have discussed a lot about it with the developer and the developer is non-committal about unit number and date of posession both. I have already decided to move ahead with legal action as they do not have the required permissions to build the Self Use Studio till my last discussion 2 days back. I have also booked self use studio and paid 50% of amount.now they are demanding 25% in next installment.As i have not been allotted any unit no. till date. What is the status of premia projects corporate city??????

I had a meeting with Premia last week and they were non-comittal about anything. They simply told me to take my money back or go to court. I have already initiated legal course of actionas last resort. Just get the legal sanctity of your provisional allotment letter cross verified. Can you allot if you don't have approval/clearance from respective authority? I really suspect it?Hi Dipak,
