How is yelahanka for making an investment.. for renting services and all .. I am retired from work , who doesn't want extra running here and there for monthly income so planning to invest in rent .. Looking at the services provided looks promising and good investment but the few reviews sounded like they okey. And not much have occupied the place. Provide me the details of the project.. who all have occupied . I dont want my life earning to be a waste nd dont get any return out of it.How is yelahanka for making an investment.. for renting services and all .. I was planning to buy an apartment from Skyline in their Exaltus project. Before deciding, wanted to check your opinion on the builder. Could you please let me know if you had faced any issues with Skyline during the Ambrosia project.
I own an apartment with Puravankara and hence I understand the delays etc, but other than minor delays, did you have any issues with the builders such as not delivering some amenities at all or delays beyond 2 years etc? Thanks.

been to see 3bhk. 403 of block b has a nice terrace. saw even 401 of block c. but kind of liked b block.
I am considering to book book it. Its a nice locality. thanks to some trees nearby, cool breeze is said to be there always.
70L seems just.
they say its going to be ready for possession by early 2014. Considering what they promise to give, the wait is worth it I feel!

The project will be completed within few months and half which already been completed looks very promising and beautiful. How good is the project is simply determined by the fact it states around 4 acre campus comprises of 258 apartments covered by 650 trees all around, Which the area and greening factor only states this project has been compiled with best decision for the customers staying in apartment. They have made the parking facility is better then compared to other projects basic valet parking with a minimum 2.4 m height in basement. There are garbage chute in every floor and a garbage collection room in the basement.
