Its a very peaceful area where after day work where we can spent time with family and place is not deserted where if we wanna go out and chill out they have nice places to visit. I keen for completion of the project so i can relax and stay there. been to see 3bhk. 403 of block b has a nice terrace. saw even 401 of block c. but kind of liked b block.
I am considering to book book it. Its a nice locality. thanks to some trees nearby, cool breeze is said to be there always.
70L seems just.
they say its going to be ready for possession by early 2014. Considering what they promise to give, the wait is worth it I feel!

I want to buy a 3 bhk apartment with super built up area of around 1600 to 1800 sq ft. My family is me, my spouse, 2 kids (6 yrs and 2 yrs) and parents may stay frequently. Which is better: (a) high raise luxury apartment with all amenities like swimming pool, tennis court, club house, gym, badminton court, play area, large lung space etc or (b) low raise plain vanilla apartment with nil or minimal amenities (eg. gym or club house only).
