Construction quality is really bad. Literally nobody supervises to maintain the quality. That too after delay of more than 2 years. Numerous followups over phone/mail does not work at all. You have to personally be present at the site and run behind the labors to finish your work. I am one of the unfortunate owners of sonestaa meadows.Construction quality is really bad. Construction quality is very poor. You will see cracks at every wall and ceiling even before you move in. The management is completely unorganized. No body is there to monitor the quality of work. For every small work you will have to run behind the workers and sometimes even pay them separately. Worst part is that builder will not communicate ever over email except for demanding installment amount. They will eventually stop receiving the calls and you will have to personally be present and beg the so called supervisors to complete your work.Construction quality is very poor. It is heard that, there is only 8ft road and there is no clarity on road development. Neighbor in the locality frequently blocking the road. Never buy property in that area. Wondering how these builders are getting approval.

Now the builder is trying to get out of this project and hand over everything to the association. This building is still far from complete. Never get fooled by look at the entrance. Talk to any of the owner and get the real picture. Everybody is now scared that builder will leave next day and all the common utilities like lift, power back up will seize to work.Now the builder is trying to get out of this project and hand over everything to the association.
