Hi, I have purchased a flat in Prajay megapolis. I was reading a news article where it was mentioned that builders can't charge for the car parking separately from a flat owner. Does it apply to properties in Prajay. Any thoughts?

The Location is the only thing that is good!!!! The company standards of customer dealing and quality adherence are SUB STANDARD. They will stoop to the level of Misleading and cheating the customer. There is no sign that the apartment progress in Phase1 are going as per the schedule. Even if he completes it is Sub-Standard. There are many deviations from what is shown in Model Flat! The club house will take another 5 years to start I guess, with the Phase 2 put on hold and he is charging 600 per square foot more from existing customers to shift to Phase 1.The Location is the only thing that is good!!!! Please don't buy in Prajay, staff is very rude after you pay the money. We booked a flat in Prajay megapolis Phase 2 in feb 2013 now they sent a mail that they could not construct alternatively they told to select a flat in Phase1 with an extra payment of 9lacs for same size which is too much and staff is very reckless in answering to us. If Prajay thinks he is a Big Phython, He should remember that Even a Big Phython dies in case all the Ants attack unitedly! Guys, get United. Take Legal advice!! Is there nothing you can do really as per the agreement?? Are we all not educated? Why are the educated feeling Helpless!! We have cancelled our booking of Prajay Megapolis as there is a lot of delay in handover of the flat. Please let me know if any of you cancelled the same way and are waiting for cheques or already got PDCs?

Did you Cancel in Phase 1 or 2??? In Fact, Prajay Builders is playing a dirty game of cheating the customers to cancel their flats. They could not progress with Phase 2 and are asking customers to shift to Phase1 with extra cost for shifting and extra cost as premium up to Rs. 600 per square foot. Beware!!!Hi Ravi,
