Apartments are mainly prices area wise and according to the area the price per sq ft increases!..:) that is my understanding... and then the add on charges for the registration parking and other amenities etc. I recently visited few apartments as i was planning to buy one and most of them are over priced when they have aminities even apartments in the same area are of different price range!!.. I am not sure but that area is really far??.. If you stay away from the city then its ok!!... But otherwise if you want any opinion on apartments in the city there is this builder called fortius infra and the project name is Fortius Waterscape. Hello Miganka, Two Bhk is pretty much in demand because people like to take 2BHK for rent and this is easily resold!!.. But the area matters like in city anyday but since traffic is too hectic it is better to invest in fast growing areas like for example Whitefield, One among the fastest growing area in Banaglore many residential properties are also coming up. and even Koramangala!!.. but i prefer whitefield. I recently went to see a apartment in Whitefield and they are pretty good. hello Subhendu, If the builder has approval only untill 4th floor then why do u wana risk it!!.. why dont you look for another builder?? there are so many new players in the ground and if you buy and later if you are not able to sell it in future then what or the corporation asks the builder to stop construction then it would be a huge headache!!.. you will find better apartments if you browse common floor and other real estate websites. There is this apartment in Whitefield itself called Fortius Waterscape pretty good!!!.. the apartment has all the amenities and pretty much in a good area(is what i felt) and has lake view (which is rare in Banaglore i guess). Hello Mr.Venkataraman Im not very sure about the one near the airport cause isnt it really far away from the city??.. and the city is really crowded so why not somewer near whitefield that would be economical and it is on of the fastest growing areas in Banaglore has almost all facilities in and around that area itself!!..
