Buying Land @ Chennai
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a land at developing and decent residential location at chennai. My budget is a bit low, less than 35 lakhs. Could you please suggest a good growing location where I can buy. This is basically not for investment. I am planning to build a house at later date. What about Kovur and East Tambaram? Any other good locations that will suit my budget? Please suggest.

Medavakkam or Madipakkam
Q: Hi, Please let me know which is the developing locality to buy a flat, Medavakkam or Madipakkam? Also, please suggest the best developing locality for buying a property in Chennai apart from these.

Developement Area to buy a new flat
Q: Hi, Which locality is developing well now? I heard Medavakkam is better to buy a property than Madipakkam. Please suggest. Also, please let me know if any other area which would be developing in the near future and it is highly recommended to buy a new property.

The place has mostly apartment properties with houses and villas gaining second and third preferences respectively. A number of builders and promoters are making use of this place to build luxury apartments and houses in Medavakkam. The rental price for apartments is between Rs 11 and Rs 12 per sq. ft.

Will I be able to rent out the flat, as I have heard that there are many flats in and around that area which are still vacant and waiting to be let out. Also, I would like to know if the rate of appreciation would be good for the flat in the future.
