Q: I heard they are charging additional amount. For my 1 BHK they are saying approximately 4 to 5 Lakh Extra? Is it justified or worth?

Q: Planning to buy a flat in this unit. Whats the status of the project and its completion date? Has anybody booked a flat so far?

I have booked one flat out of very limited by builder on 20:80 scheme after which the builder realized it was beneficial to the customer to a huge extent and not so much to themselves. It's a fantastic project and great location. It is also one of the few projects which is low rise and only one building so posession won't be delayed like the other projects the builder is known for. My flat is on 10th floor with airport view. If anyone interested in taking it. OC comes after construction is totally complete and posession is handed over to buyers.

Rakshit, you had also made an enquiry in this forum on DB Skypark. As I've posted there too, I have a flat in the project at 20:80 from the builder, not the bank. So in this scheme, irrespective of when possession happens, the 80% will be paid by us only on actual posession. At posession, we may pay the 80% independently or take a loan from the bank. Mine is only one of 5 flats sold by builder in this scheme. Anyone interested in buying my flat can call me on 9820991097. The scheme in my case is from the builder, not the bank. I have not registered the property and not signed any agreement involving any bank. So no EMIs. On posession and posession only, I have to pay the 80% to the builder or at that time if required take a loan from the bank.
