Buying an apartment or flat is easy task than building individual apartment. But the important thing is that whether the apartment you are going to buy has Vastu friendly structure or not. After buying Apartments which are not Vastu friendly, so you feel it is unlucky for you. Here are some tips to keep in mind to buy Vastu-friendly apartment:
1. Position of rooms: Before buying any apartment check whether the shape of the apartment is regular rectangular or not. Be sure that all the rooms has four walls or corners. On the other hand master bedroom should be in the Southwest corner in the apartment. Make sure that the position of the kitchen should be in southeast direction. Also, the position of the living room is located at east side of the apartment.
2. Direction of site: Direction of the building or site is also an important factor for choosing Vastu-friendly apartments, like entrance gate direction of the building.

Hi Mr Ravi,
I understood your issue. So according to me, you have to first calculate your effective rate of interest on your housing loan. For example, if you are in 30 per cent tax bracket and the rate of interest on your housing loan is, say 10 per cent pa then the effective interest rate for you is 7 per cent per annum assuming the entire amount of housing loan interest is being claimed as tax deduction.Hi Mr Ravi,

According to me, most other benefits you can get from property investment is tax rebate for two housing loan. A consumer is eligible to claim home loan tax benefits even if he/she has two properties. In fact, the tax rebates are nothing to do with the number of properties. One can enjoy claims on tax deductions a housing loan on any number of properties.Hi All ,

What is the terms stated in the agreement of sale and agreement to build executed by the builder? The time for payment will be fixed as per the stage of completion (construction linked payment plan), if the agreement stipulates payment of the final or balance on completion of registration then irrespective of obtaining the OC the payment has to be made. Otherwise the builder can go ahead and cancel or terminate the agreement for non-payment despite intimation.Hi Rahul!!
