We bought a flat in Ushodaya Developers flag ship (they call it) project, Ushodaya S Square in Ramamurthy Nagar. These are some of the problems we are facing, 1. Constructed Pent houses un-authorizedly, lot of deviations to the originial plan 2. All the walls are coming with cracks, due to poor quality 3. Congested car parking place 4. Used poor quality wood for main door also 5. Collected so much money from all the buyers towards taxes, but not even a single bill is shown to buyers 6. Building contract is given to a person called Ratnakar Reddy, who is good at confusing / convincing / blaming others instead of resolving any issue 7. 1 year project, deviated 1 more year for delivery, still work is not fully completed. 8. Their sales person, Raja, gives all the promises, but will disappear once all the flats are sold in the apartment as he receives his commission. 9. Heard that water leakages are started in the top floors. Water blockage has started from 1st month onwa
