Latest Answer: The handover is in March 2016. I enquired recently and they said that all permits are in place and that we are welcome to check. But I dont foresee a problem as they are a reputed brand.

Latest Answer: I STRONGLY disagree , i bought a flat with them in their project BBCL Ashraya, delayed by more than 2 years, still not completed , may take until end of 2018 or start of 2019. No compensation at all, some owners were forced to sign documents which state they have no issues with BBCL in order to apply for possession. I personally know some senior citizens were insulted by their staff , not shy of rowdyism used on them. They will lure you with a low rate, get a deposit , then slam you with more taxes , charges and more money, it is almost close to extortion.
So BBCL are not builders , MAFIA.

If you go directly to the builder offices they will give some discount in these rate but on and average price for 2bhk unit of 1212 sq ft is around 80 lack . can u share what is your investment budget so that we can help u out while taking decision in property purchase.

Latest Answer: I wouldnt call them the best and the only reputed builder in Chennai but I had a fairly good experience with Radiance Realty and their property Shine, which is great and a lot talked about. In fact I am also looking forward to seeing their other project Mandarin upon completion, it is a promising new property. All in all the project and company are trustworthy and dependable.
