KG Centre Point is located at Poonamallee and I recently went there for a site visit. It is easily accessible. Yes this is CMDA approved and it is a very attractive project. Per sqft rate is around Rs. 3499. But they have some cool offers now. You can check that out. hey. this project is located at perumbakkam, i bought a 3bhk in this project. 20- 65 lakhs is the price range. they will be done with the project by december and we can move in there. 2 and 3 bhk homes are available. Also, they have compact 2 bhks for those with budget constraints.
