We know that there is a delay in Jain Housing on our Jain Inseli Park project. After the discussion with supporting team, I understood the reasons on delaying. In fact Every Builder in Chennai including major reputed companies like DLF also delays their projects. Compare to other firms, I felt Jain Housing is better. The main reason on delaying is labour shortage. We know that from last one year the work progress is going well in Jains Inseli Park. Mostly they complete all the flats in 3 to 4 months. My flat is almost complete, Finishing is well to see.

Jain housing Pebble Brook Chennai Karapakkam is next to graveyard right next to the Block 13 entry gates. These guys have cheated me and never told that there is a graveyard. The graveyard is so close that the you can smell the body fumings on the very entry of main gate.Every time you enter or come out you can see/smell fumings.Its disgusting. The open air fuming is done. I have already complained but no answer or any action form management. They simply deny this. We desired an assurance of value, consistency and worth for money investing in Jains Inseli Park. At that time we know about Jain housing. Jain housing appeared to have the right mix of consistency, value and money .The construction quality is excellent. We are very joyful with our new flat. The layout and characteristic of the flat in Jains Inseli Park are outstanding.

I am planning to purchase 3 BHK Ground Floor Duplex Villament.
I want to know if the quality of construction is good in long term and how about the OC? Builder says he will get OC in 3 months time but any of the residents have any idea?
Any other good/ bad feedback if you can share. Or if any resident can share his contact details.
