There are lot's of bad reviews against Jaipuria Group. Be careful and do all your due diligence before buying plot or flats of this builder.
There is no clarity from Jaipuria Group and lot of people have invested all their savings to buy a plot in this.Yet there is no positive response being heard. Neither the money is returned back with interest which was committed in the event of delay in project.Hi Rahul,

I dont know if you wish to invest in a residential or commercial property, I have recently boutght a commercial property in the project of MVL named: iPark. At first I was a bit cynical to buy a property of MVL because of the previous reviews but luckily, their this project is amazing. You should defnitely visit their site once. Other than this, you can invest in one of the following places:
Ghaziabad properties
Noida properties
Bhiwadi properties

I think you should go with Sarvottam Shree, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad project as it has all the required approvals and also has RERA approvals. Its RERA registration no is UPRERAPRJ6948. So, it is a safe project to buy. Price are also reasonable and if you have good bargain sense then u can get a good deal.
Yeah, I think 5200-5300 per sq-ft is very reasonable rate for Belvedere, Sector-79, Noida. I am also planning to buy a 2 bhk flat in it. Can anybody provide me its RERA Registration number?
