Godrej prokriti will not provide any service tax receipt against my recent purchase at Vindhachal 201 number flat. I urged so many time to give service tax receipt , but the declined to provide. The total money has been grabbed in the name of Service tax.

If you purchased a ready-to-move flat and building has received Occupancy Certificate, no service tax/VAT is applicable. He has pocketed your money towards Service Tax and VAT. I am one of the plot owner in Unnayan Garden-B. As experienced by many reviews, i am also having doubt about developer's commitment to deliver the project ever. There are lots of litigation issue against the Unnayan Group for fraud. There all projects are delayed by 5-7 years. Even though some recent development is noticed in the Plan A, full development is very unlikely soon and later.Hi Alokesh and Sanjib!!
