Have replied to your mail. As per feedback that some of us got from our sources, its like once the society is built, all issues will get resolved automatically. Builder has to build the society within 4 months of once 60% people occupy their flats. If you have any specific issue, please do send me your mail id, I shall include it in our mailing list, where we discuss it with other owners of flats in acme.

I have purchased flat in Acme Ozone's Basilia building and its been more than 6 years to that. Since there last slab completion they are taking too much time for internal work. I am not sure if builder is committed towards delivering possession anytime soon as everytime we ask we get either unrealistic date for some months and then we get date of 6 months later. Anyone else facing similar problems?
Hi Basilia & Centilia will be delivered in 2017. Construction is almost done bro.

I am looking for a 4BHK flat as i am shifting from Pune to Thane. Any updates on construction progress and its current rate? As it is a delay project from its schedule, still it worth considering. What will be the rate all including? Any idea...
There's no 4BHK inn this property. You can go for a 3BHK flat instead.
Acme is a good builder, its true that you have to check all project related documents before booking, your broker will help you out with this.
Connectivity wise the location is excellent & you'll also reap the returns in coming years, There are many top builders who have projects in this area so location is definitely not an issue.

One of the best project in that area. Its very close to WEH & station. Looking forward for this property. I recently visited the site. Construction was in full swing. Rate psf is around 12000. Builder can be trusted coz of possession guarantee.
Builder is giving in writing, so i guess they have all the documents in place.
