Hi, I have booked flat at ACME OZONe ASHWOOD BUILDING & RECENTLY GONE THROUGH DRAFT AGREEMENT. THE AGREEMENT GIVES REFERENCE TO MMRDA RENTAK HOUSING PROJECT COMPLETION LINKED TO COMPLETE HANDOVER OF ASHWOOD AND OAKWOOD. ANY ONE HAS ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS ISSUE.PLEASE PASS ON

Sorry for late revert. Saw ur msg today only. There are 2-3 pointers here:
1. We have booked already and as per our checks, forest land issue is not there for this project. This was personally confirmed by another owner Manish at Thane registration office.
2. Now, registration for the projects is happening. This would not have been possible to do if it would be a forest land.
3. In the draft agreement provided for registration, they have provided the commencement certificate, which is issued only after all the checks, including check for forest land.
4. Few of us appointed a lawyer to check the title clearances and other clearances. He has also confirmed that this is not in forest land as per his checks.

Good project. Better than Sheth Clarion, Raj Paradise, Lokhandwala Spring & other proeprties around the lcoation. PSF is around 12k which is lower than others.Good project.
