In my opinion, both are great options, although if you compare both in chennai, having a penthouse there may be as good as buying a duplex apartment in Chennai. If you are planning to buy one of the apartments then it is a great idea to inspect the site beforehand. I have visited the site, everything seems OK so far. There are no leakages, good use of materials and the work is in progress.
