Well I think investing in any real state is worth. But it is always better to have a site visit before one closes on the deal. LIC housing finance is not providing loan to Casa Univis Project since they find there are some issues with the property. The required clearance are missing that's what they are saying, if there are anyone who has taken loan from LIC Housing Finance for Casa Univis, pls. let me know your mail-id or cell no. since providing your reference can simplify acquiring housing loan for me.
