Hi Saibal, Sunita and all, I didnt get why they are asking for 3rd installement when it has been mentioned that it will be doen at the time of agreement. Since some of the buyers will be applying for home laon also.. and loan will not get approved unless and until builder buyer agreement,allotment letter and approved map is not provided to the concerned bank. Can anyone else also give theirthoughts to it..... Hi gyani, No body will be able to get the agreement unless and until their plan is saccted by the govt.. It will take some time as there are some key changes taking places like main road alignment and population density of area... Hi Sagar,Samiya and others... I have also called up Mapsko(jaspreet)on sunday (24th Oct)regarding the same issue of approvals.... I have been informed that BB agreement has been printed and has gone to court for stamp and notary purpose so after 2-3 days..mapsko will call mapsko paradise buyers in batch of 5-10 to collect or sign the BB agreement... But pls be informed that still the project is waiting for bank approvals.. and as per mapsko it will take some more time(20-25days) to get it approved n till the we can wait to pay 3rd installment from bank... Customers who has paid 30% has received the BBA.. but others have to wait for another 2-3 weeks ..for bank loan approvals... as soon as bank start sanctioning the loan.. we can also expect our BBA to get in place.. well.. pls join our common floor group also... give me ur email id by reply or call me up.. 91-9958992608..
