Q: We liked location of Gavakshi project very much. I will be coming next week to Bangalore and would like to book. Can anyone tell what is price?

Please note the details as on 29th Aug 1) Annual maintenance charges are @ 2 Rs. for only 1 yr after that it will be an open book concept where the whole 1 yr cost + 20% of that cost will be charged as a management fees and will be divided among all the flats. 2) The measurments given in the brocure and on d site are not matching 4 each house 3) Even d plan as shown 4d society is not matching eg d broucher shows that there is a common wall between 16th block n the clubhouse, whereas builder says there is a 10ft gap. even in brocure the club house is a little protruding outside then the 16th block whereas on site it is of the same level as of other blocks n not comming out. Q: Hi, We all are aware about the Penthouse problem with Krishvi Gavakshi. As most of us aware the Penthouse is not approved or only partially approved. We have reached to Krishvi for verification but again as usual they gave lul response. We have also verified from bank and even one or two bank has confirmed that Penthouse is not approved and loan for the same will not be available. Let us know if anyone has done the agreement with builder for Penthouse.

If they have got the approval from BBMP then it is sufficient. Pl. refer Bangalore Mirror of 30th Aug 2010 which has published an article about approval limit of BBMP which was earlier 15 meters but now it is 24 meters.If they have got the approval from BBMP then it is sufficient. Q: I want a feedback on the builder - krishvi builders, the quality of the project, Fixtures, fittings, timely hand over of the apartments, behaviour of the builders & his committment from his other already executed projects? Whatever is he showing on the model apartment, if the actual apartment is also built exactly the same using same quality material or not?

Hello all, I have personally visited 4 of krishvi's old projects to find out from old customers how they feel abt krishvi as a builder. FYI i visited. La paula-Cambridge layout and 3 projects near Ryan school called Orange Tree, Willow Herbs n Orchid Woods all at a distance of 100 meters max.The points I hv concluded are given below for ur reference 1) Krishvi had delayed all his projects by few months, but residents also mentioned that the same is in case of many big builders too. So it is not a matter of big concern 2) Krishvi is a mid sized Builder...his patterns n style of house is too good in terms of air, ventilation n looks but the people whom he hires for work are not very skilled so u will see the effect in the workmanship of the house (like Air gaps in flooring), people also mentioned that there is no proper designs for Electrical wiring which might be concern. This is one of his biggest project. Earlier he has done upto max 60 apts whereas this is proposed to be a 300 apt show. Q: Any one who has the contact no's of the landlord for Krishvi Gavakshi????, coz whatever flat we have liked seems to be in the landlords share as per the builder. Wonder if it is truly the landlords share or it is the builders gimmick to hold the good flats till the end.REPLY REQUEST ON TOP PRIORITY.

Pls clarify abt block 16th. as the builder told us that it is a corner flat n had 10feet distance frm clubhouse. whereas u r saying that as per the plan details u have, there is a common wall. we were considering the 16th block due to the corner....but there is absolute confusion regardignt he same.
