Hi guys, I am in the same situation. My building has been scrapped from the plan but money not being refunded. Please join the Yahoo Group for a cohesive action/decision against this fraud. Hi Sumit, You will not get your apartment even in next 5 years. They have been booking from 2006 onwards and have scraaped the buildings from the plan. They have not been telling their customers! are they serious about building the project?
Q: the builder is neither giving requisite papers to my financers LICHFL nor constructing the project. Now they have changed the allotment and given me an alternate location in the same location. What is the ccredibility of the company. Please some body who has booked a flat with the builders do come in touch with me. I shall be grateful.

Hi Manish, I am in same situation. I had booked in Gold Palm -B in 2009. They have scrapped the building from the plan to bring in 'ORCHID' there, which is a new project.
