I agree with @adithya, recently Delhi government has passed a mandatory rule to ban plastic all over the city. According to the ban notification, violators will be punished with imprisonment and Rs. 1 lakh fine. I truly appreciate the Delhi Government initiative to support environment. Hi, I reside in Gurgaon and I face lot of trouble while travelling to my college I have to wait for hours and hours to catch the bus and it is very much time taking and tiresome task for me. We are awaiting for the buses to get launched so that we need not have to suffer as how we are suffering now and hope that the bus service will be efficient and we neednt have to wait for hours for buses and our life will be smooth and easy going in terms of transportation. While booking the plots they promise many things, and once it is registered your problems will start.
There will be many things in the registration document which you may not have imagined. Initailly they will say that they will pay the interest until posession, but once it is registered they will give one or other reason and say they will not pay the interest.
While booking they will say, project will be completed in 1.5 to 2 years, but that time is already over, but still not even a single block construction is over...
Please don't get into their projects.

I have read in one of the forums that , B-Katha/B-Register doesn't give you the authority on Land.
Does that mean, government still has the authority to take away the lands, demolishing the built houses, if needed?
Please let me know, what is the exact process to buy a Land. A-Katha lands are not affordable in bangalore.
I had checked many places in bangalore, most of the lands are portraied to be B-Katha lands and builders are selling a constructed house in these lands.
Will it be a good idea to buy them and pay the betterment charges later.
