However, those who already purchased flats before are trying to get out of the deal as there are problems in forming the co-operative society with each one trying to make money where ever they can.

After doing a lot of research on which place to buy an apartment, I settled for Concorde Manhattan - Soon I got a promotion in office once the manager came to know my status of owner in Concorde Manhattan. Also, I am seeing success in every field, be it stock market or family etc ,etc. I am really happy I made a good decision of choosing Concorde Manhattan over Ittina Mahavir.
As I have mentioned before, buying property happens once in a lifetime for many perople,dont make a mistake !!! It is also an investment, so invest wisely and reap the benefits.

Ittina Builder has sold a few apartments in Feb 2014 @ Rs. 2200/- per sq ft. , it seems they are going to flee.
There is no water connection, electricity connection or taps provided in the apartment !!!

Ittina Mahavir is NO way an investment. Best is to keep away from such builders as the property status is also questionable as it is mortgaged with many banks and any time you can receive an eviction notice.
