Ever Shine is in Middle of Slum and Gutter, No access , you have to pass through shit and rubbish. The land is also issue municipality. Not worth staying. pls suggest me if your society is formed on the land leased from BMC..is there any chance we can redevelop it as the building has become too old..the society is formed by BMC employees who belong to SC/ST/OBC people, but now there are lot of non-BMC people have come..but not fully transferred in the name, in spite of power of attorney and transferred fee paid to society...pls do share ur opinion.

HI Sunil, Yes the property rates are low in Dahisar when compared to other localities in Mumbai. Since the rates are low today you can go ahead and book a flat at Orchid Ozone which are offering good amenities. There are every possibility the prices will go up in the near future. Since you said you are not very keen to buy property at posh locality, Orchid Ozone will ideally suit your budget and meet your requirements. Anyway you have to make a decision as the ball is in your court.

Expected Possession for Bldg 8?
Q: I have apartment in Bldg 8. They are saying they will give possession in 2014 End. Is it possible or fake promises?

Hi Shantanu, Thank you so much for the details provided about the project. Looks like the amenities offered by the builder is excellent for the price quoted. Looks like the price they are charging is reasonably OK for 1 and 2 BHK. Since I am planning to buy a flat in this project, what about bank approvals and what are the specifications given by the builder?? Anybody on same page???

I have booked a flat in building no. 33 in Orchid Ozone, Dahisar. Is there anybody else in the same building ?

My comments to replies
That is the best way to approach. A team would be better than an individual. The standard reply given is that the building 33 and 34 are going to materialize, and it would take 6 months more. The deposit if asked for may be returned back by builder immediately. We need to ask for interest for the same.
