Anybody already booked a flat in Pearl Shell ? I am also planning to book one there. I am looking for end use and not investment purpose.
Anyidea how the location will be for living purpose? I have visited the site. They are ready to negotiate to a good price.

What will be the water source for this project? Can it provide Kaveri water ? would like to know more about the builder's credentials and current construction status of this project.

I visited the site last week and spoke to the marketing manager. It seems they are not getting the OC because of the approching road (as of now it is 38 feet, but for a project of this size it should be 40 feet wide). The manager i ssaying that proposal has been made for widening the road to 60 feet and once BBMP complets the widening they will submit a new plan and get the aproval and also the OC.
I also checked and found that they have not got the OC for the two completed projects in Panathur.. so not sure if they are going to get it for Hyde Park.I visited the site last week and spoke to the marketing manager. I have seen the site and the plans and it looks good to me. They have already started construction and expected completion they are saying Dec 2015. They have said all documents are clear and they will be giving the CC and OC.
Is there any group or forum of people who have already booked a flat there ?

After cheking for last few days I am almost decided to book a flat in VS Sai Ashraya. If everything goes fine may be i will book in this week. After booking I can verify the documents from lawyer. I have not yet booked. Enquired the property. Yes they are quoting Rs 3375 but negotiating to Rs 3100. Still I feel that is much higher compared to other constructions in that area. Many other builders in that area are comming to Rs 2800/Rs 2900 etc.
To me this looks good and it seems they have all legel documents clear. If they negotiate some more..Other then this I dont have any idea about the builder.. Not much review avilable in the net.

Hi,
Anybody booked an appartment at hilife's pearl shell? Any idea about the reputation of the builder. From internet I can shee they have 3 ongoing projects. No completed project till now.
They are ready give CC and OC. Also the price they are quoting Rs 2700/sqft and 2800/sqft for 2bhk and 3bhk espectively.
I have visited the site. It is aroung 4 km from outer ring road (JP Morgan) and 1.7 km from Varthur side.
Any inputs will be highly appriciated.

Hi Bharat, No I have not booked there. I have booked in another apartment near whitefield railway station (kadugodi).
