I liked Foyer city . Had a concern regarding OC . Ads say BDA approved OC but i over heard from conversation in marketing office that OC is not yet ready . We have to wait for STP then after 5-6 months they will get OC . And i think STP itself has been in building process for 2months.

Hi All,
I have question regarding khata transfer, hope some one will definitely help me in this.
I bought an apartment in ISRO Layout and we have 24 flats in the building out of that 22 has been sold out.
Remaining 2 are still available. Here my question is can I get the khata for my flat or do I need to wait for the other 2 flats for sold out. I heard as per BBMP new policy they can only do khata transfer for whole building and they cant do it individually. Is this true?
If that is the case then how I can pay the property tax for my flat. Any way our apartment constructed on BDA approved site which is A khata and I am not expecting I will get A khata for my flat.
I am fine B khata also, Please any one from group help me on this. I think most of the other apartment owners will have this question.

For transfer of any property.For applying khata certificate, the owner of property has to give letter of requisition along with details and receipts of tax paid (latest) to Assistant officer for the sub-division or range. The certificate is issued saying that a particular property No ‘XYZ’ stands in the name of person A. This certificate is required to apply for water connection, electricity connection, trade license and building license. The Khata certificate is given only to the owner of the property or to his family members. No one else can take it on his behalf.
