It's been delayed for a very long time now. I have been following up on this project for close to a year now. Initially last Nov they told me it is getting over in Apr 12 then it became Nov 12 and now looks like it is June 13. Also legend has it that initially it was planned for 2011 completion. Does anyone has any inside info on what is the root cause of these delays???

Hi All,
I am planning to buy 2BHK flats at NGV. But its pretty old designed. So please help me with following queries.
1) As you guys are staying there, so you better know about the quality of structure.Is it ok to put granite flooring ? Hopefully association would not cause any issue while doing the renovation.
2) Hopefully the club house is available to all flats owner. Do i need to pay some additional amount to owner association before using it? If yes then how much, any idea?
3) I did not seeing any marking in Parking lots, is it really alloted to that flats?
How is the trend there? It seems people are parking their vehicle in others parking area?
I asked this question to owner but did not get convincing reply. So if you people can clear the air for me then it will really help me to take decision.
My main worry is the renovation work.I dont want to take headache of indulging in altercation with my neighbour and association.
Please guide me.

I get to understand that the first one is always deemed self-occupied and hence tax benefit of 1L for principal and 1.5L for interest paid is given. Is this true even if the property is not self-occupied and not given on rent?
What will be the tax benefit would I get for both the apartments?

as far as i know, you will get tax benefit of 1 lakh on principle amount and 1.5 lakhs on interest paid in case of self occupied property. considering that your first property is considered self occupied. For the second property, since it is not self -occupied, there is no maximum limit prescribed. But the rent that you receive will be taxable in your hand.
