While they show their demo flat with great quality material, in reality after construction is completed they use the most cheap quality material. And their support staff are the most rude persons on this earth. They talk to their customers nicely till we buy the flat from them. after on they treat like their slaves. Never ever go for their apartments. Also the staff have new ways of cheating the customers. They issue excess demand notes and force the customer to pay. While excess amount would have been paid,they promise to refund the excess amount and make the customer beg them for months to year.
