Kanakapura Road is a good option and you can also expect future appreciation in this area as the area is surrounded by many educationally institutions and the connectivity is also very good. Yes Brigade Wisteria has got approval from BBMP and banks like State Bank of India, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of Mysore, Punjab National Bank and HDFC Bank has approved the project

Hi Sashmita thanks for replying. What is the name of the project and what are the configurations and sizes of apartments the builder is going to offer.
The project is named as Wisteria. The project will consist of 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments ranging from 1,120-1,630 square feet. The 1 bedroom apartment size will range from 680 to 900 square feet. The company has announced a launch price of Rs 45.5 lakh (basic cost)

Q: Hi, I am planning to buy an apartment in Purva Scarlet Terrace (D Wing) and have already given the down payment. I am in US and have not seen the property by myself. Some one told me that there are some OC related issues in this apartment and locality is not good, as there exists a slum. Is that true?

Any idea how much do we have to pay for booking an apartment? How much is basic selling point?
You just have to 10% now and no pre EMI. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4690.

Hi Aakash, The project is in pre launch stage so all the approvals both from government authority and banks are under process.
