I think Prestige Group is quoting different price for the different towers. Location is a big plus for this project, it comes ahead of Prestige Sunnyside. i am looking positive for this but have certain things in my mind.
1. In previous post, it shows Oct 2015 is possession time. I have visited the property site and i think it will be completed by March 2016. My point is whether it will extend further? Grace period ends when?
2. How safe would it be to buy flat there? Any risk Factor? Fraud?
