Reduction of rate will generate positive sentiments among the customers of the realty sector. Many potential developers who did not make any move because of consecutive interest rates, will be motivated to make an investment, riding on the back of rate cuts. In addition, rate cut promotes a positive feeling among the developers about a considerable increase in the number of property deals.

Cheats,Thugs,Robbers These are the words you can use for Patel Realty. Please do not trust this builder. They are cheats and very unprofessional. Once you buy the apartment they will not at all respond to your queries. They are very slow and the quality is very bad. I would suggest people to check any other builder. The maintainence guys are horrible. All your electrical appliances will burn as they do no have substation in Neotown. Even a local builder will deliver with a better quality. If there was a rating of negative then Patel Realty will get a negative five star rating. I would request people not to invest there as you will only waste your hard earned money as i have lost. Please check with the residents who are already staying there.

Is it advicable to buy a property in Kharadi from investment point of view?
Kharadi has immense potential to develop into a favoured residential destination. Due to its proximity to the IT hubs, besides housing many prominent IT companies, it is a preferred residential area especially among IT professionals working in the vicinity. Road infrastructure in the area is being developed which when complete will improve the connectivity to Magarpattha City. The proposed Lohegaon-Kharadi-Wagholi road when complete, will provide a major boost to the status of the area. Considering the demand for residential property here it will attract more developers to embark on residential projects, thereby enhancing the acclaim of the area.

Trinity Residency has been approved by BBMP, A Khata. The project was launched 2 months back and they just started with the construction work. It will take another 1 and a half year to complete the project.

The project is known to be approved by BMRDA and they are about to get approvals from six banks which are under process. The project will take around two years to get completed.

Sobha Dream Acres this project comes at a great price and it is located amidst places like RMZ Ecospace (ORR), Marathahalli Junction, ITPL, within a few kilometers away. Best project so far which provides Quality flats at a affordable price.

Q: This is my experience with Innovative Constructions with regards to Innovative Petal. After paying a huge price and setting myself to be on debt for a really long time expectations were slightly high and I am left disappointed with what I've got. There is not one room in my house where there is not a broken tile the same in the toilets as well. The tiles are not laid properly and the tiles in bathrooms are of different colors. The quality of the materials used and the workmanship is very bad. There are very visible thick cement marks between tiles in some areas. Finishing is the worst. I've seen tons of other buildings immediately after the construction is over and Innovative Construction's finishing seems to be the worst in my opinion. One of the windows in our Kitchen balcony fell off and broke because the frame was not fixed properly. It is still not fixed and it is not straight, they just pull some fillings to make sure it is not loose. The Sliding doors do not function properly and how many ever times you call the Supervisor, Manager and the MD of Innovative Constructions nothing has happened. I've been trying to follow up for the last 8 months and nothing has been completed. The good thing about Innovative Constructions is they do not say they won't do it and the bad thing is they will never come. Intercom lines are very bad and Intercom is not working in many flats as well. I can give more details regarding my house and what all did not work well but I think I will stop here. Also I do not want to speak up in detail regarding the other construction issues in the society, which might be unfair to the other residents. I was looking for reviews(good & bad) when I was researching about Innovative constructions and if I have to go with Innovative Petal but couldn't find much online. Hopefully this will help someone get additional insight before they make a very important and major decision in their life.

Hi Rajendra, What is your BHK configuration and budget? Now-a-days, not a single builder in the country is selling their property without down payment. You have to pay at least the booking or advance amount. There are many schemes are available in the market such as pay the booking amount only and rest of at the time of possession. Now-a-days, not a single builder in the country is selling their property without down payment. You have to pay at least the booking or advance amount. There are many schemes are available in the market such as pay the booking amount only and rest of at the time of possession. At least, builder will not offer you without down payment.

Hi Gouthami, Legend Galaxy, Kothapet, Hyderabad is an under construction project but still few flats are available for sale as well as on rent. I would suggest you visit the society and ask the owners directly if there is any 3bhk is available for rent. You can also contact the nearby developers in the locality. I am sure, they must have the availability on it.
Yes, even it is an under construction project but did not find RERA approval number anywhere on their site as well as other property portals. I will suggest you do your due diligence before taking on rent. Maybe in future, they will ask for the unnecessary charges.

I will advice you to visit the project site personally. Interact with few local people and ask about the said property. Ask for all legal approvals. If a property is lying vacant since long time, it is advisable that many issues can come up. therefore, it is never a good idea to skip the final walk-through. It is often seen that sellers move out of their home before closing.
