Yes i also heard the same news, actually there is a a lot of supply crunch in India compared to the demand. I think to meet the demand the builders are coming with new technologies.
This is a good idea, with India facing a shortage of around 18.78 million homes, the reason behind falling sales is the mismatch between the price range of the housing offered and the type and costs of units demanded.!!! letc how much stability they can bring!

yea..it sure is good news for those staying in ghaziabad and working in delhi. with the coming of metro the travel time and stress will be greatly reduced. The news is that DMRC has approved the 9.71 kms stretch from dilshad garden in delhi to new bus stop in ghaziabad. it will have 7 elevated stations namely- Shaheed nagar, Raj bagh, Rajendra Nagar, Shyam Park, Mohan Nagar, Arthala and New Bus Stand.yea..it sure is good news for those staying in ghaziabad and working in delhi. with the coming of metro the travel time and stress will be greatly reduced. Hello Jia, Yes, they are giving possession for Phase-1 as one of my friend has booked a unit in it but the possession of Phase-2 would be 3 years from the date of launching.
Hi, How is the infrastructural development in the locality? Is there any good school and colleges? I have family, 2 of my children have to catch the bus daily. How is the transport system in that locality?

Hi Nilu, this is by VBHC which plans value homes and planned are 2bhks of 839 sq ft and with th basic sale price of Rs 2625 per sqft so approximately at around Rs 23 lakhs..

Well i was told that they will be 2 bhks in sizes of 915sqft onwards and the price is Rs 4650/sq ft in down payment plan, Rs 4950 in the 40-30-30 plan and Rs5150 in the construction linked one.

The construction has started and the delivery will be done after 2 and half years , but the location is superb in sec 9 of Vasundhara. there are good schools like DPS, Jaipuria and maharajah Agrasain school in the vicinity and metro station too is quite nearby.

Well at present i think they have approval only from Bank of India for upto 70% of the loan amount... but you can also check with the banks of your choice.

Hi Jia, As per my knowledge, the flexi payment plan of this project is very simple. At the time of Booking- 10% of total sale price, Monthly for months1 to 30 - 3% of total sale price per month, On offer of Possession- Other Charges & deposits.
@ Jia, This is FDI Funded Project and the company has hired architect C P Kukreja for designing the project. The facility management company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has been appointed to manage the project. This project has many modern high tech features & world class amenities. This affordable housing project created some noise in Ghaziabad Real estate Market.

Expected possession of this project is around December 2016. This project has seven blocks & twenty floors.
Hi Jia, I got to know that , first 300 lucky customers will get an opportunity to book apartment at 1990 psf which will never be possible in Delhi/NCR as FSI cost is 1000 and minimum construction cost is 1500-1600PSF. Just 5 min drive from Noida extension & 10 min from Ghaziabad.

@ Ankur, According to me, this project is located in a prime location. From connectivity point of view, this location is well connected to other parts of the city by city transport & train. Ghaziabad railway station is around 15min away from this project. Degree College, Polytechnic College, Inter College and Blue Diamond Public School on the way to this project.
