Hi Kiran, i had enquired and these plots are government approved and also has approvals from some banks . The developer too is ok... not much name but has been in joint venture with quite a few projects in delhi and NCR.. The layout and other details are very nice for the NDLC city 1 inBhiwadi.

The CMO said the health department would open the PHCs as soon as they are provided with space and there would be no delay. There is no fixed lease period for which the health department is asking for the spaces as the department has to run the PHCs permanently. Officials said the department is ready to pay rent and enter into normal lease agreements of 11 months each.

As per GDA officials ,the health department had been scouting for two to four room properties on rent basis, but did not have the finances because of the high rates of rent in the city. They said that space would be provided to the department wherever available, saying that some of the areas in the list, like Khoda, do not come under GDA jurisdiction.

Please check the status of other project of this builder. Possession is still pending in Sikka Kaamna Green and Karnam in sec. 143. Poor construction quality and not fulfilling their promises, as they are not paying the EMIs of the buyer under subvention plan No EMI till Possession.

But as per the RERA websites, i found that its date of possession is September 2019. One thing which is positive about this project that the construction is in full pace.

Yes, ACE City in Sector-1, Noida Extension, Greater Noida is a GNIDA approved project and banks such as HDFC, Indiabulls ICICI Bank etc are offering loan for it.
