Hi Anis, yeah the work is almost complete in the first towers and all 16 floors are done and now as a special offering during the Navratri they have soft launched the new towers E and F. yeah Ravinder..the DDA had hinted at this project in dec last year and was expected to be launched by march or April this year but due to the Lok sabha elections code of conduct it got delayed. According to me, the need for completion certificates of projects at the time of registration has been done away with completely, while submission of deeds of declaration has been made mandatory for those projects sanctioned by the development authority after 2011. While we know that both Completion certificate & Deeds of declaration are very necessary for any residential project.Hi Vishal,

In my point of view, this is a well approved project by GDA. Banks approving loans are Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, LIC HFL & Punjab National Bank. Noida Sec- 62/63 and Fortis hospital are nearly 1km away from this project. This project is well connected by different modes of transportation and is in close proximity of various civic utilities.In my point of view, this is a well approved project by GDA. Yes, you can. In case a property is jointly owned by two or more persons, the fact should be specifically mentioned in the sale deed. A property can be acquired by two or more persons jointly by pooling in their resources. Unless there is a contract to the contrary between the parties, co-owners will have a share in the property that is proportionate to the funds contributed by them to buy it. The names of the co-owners, along with their respective shares of joint ownership or the ownership of the property should be clearly and specifically mentioned. As such, in case of any income from the property or any gains received on the transfer of such a property, the returns can be divided into the respective proportions of ownership.Yes, you can. Sir I booked a flat under NOEMI plan in red apple residency project Raj Nagar extension Ghaziabad in 2013. But it seems that they cannot complete project ever. Extending possession date every 3-4 months.What can I do against these people? Kindly advice.

I think there should not be an issue with the project as Ghaziabad Development Authority has approved this project and at the same time, UP RERA has also approved it.
