Hi, if you go by the builder reputation, yes Amrapali has a good name in the market and you can invest with them. this is being planned as a township with villas and high rise.. if you are thinking about long term investment...you can opt for this.

Hi Anis, yeah the work is almost complete in the first towers and all 16 floors are done and now as a special offering during the Navratri they have soft launched the new towers E and F. Well yes that is the price for the down payment plan and for the new towers the banks do not give loan in down payments plan untill and unless atleast 16 floors are constructed. so this price is still available in the earlier towers but not in the soft launch ones.

Well, the sizes are 1185sqft and 1275sqft for 2 bhk and in 3 bhk 1615sqft and1785sqft are available. They have tie up with only nationalised banks - United Bank of India and Union Bank of India. they do not have tie ups with private banks though.

Ok.. When is the possession expected in the new towers and which all projects are in the neighbourhood and the area...
Well, only the excavation is done for the new towers so it will take another 3 nad half years for completion. there is divyansh and gaur projects in the neighbourhood as well as some other projects by angel group. The builder is good and has done many residential and commercial projectsin the NCR area and panipat etc... the project is near to the DPS school and Jaipuria mall in indirapuram.

Sure vrinda, the locality is nice and developing one... there is shopping complex, hospitals, schools , metro stationall nearby and more over this is just opposite the columbia asia hospital. accessibility willnot be an issue as not just Nh24 is here but the propsed Eastern peripheral road is also nearby. The main advantage is that this is right on the starting of wave city and is visible from the road also.

yeah Ravinder..the DDA had hinted at this project in dec last year and was expected to be launched by march or April this year but due to the Lok sabha elections code of conduct it got delayed. Hi Vishal, As per conversation with builder , I came to know , possession of this project expected to be in May 2018. It's coming with 3 BHK & 4BHK apartment area ranging from 2548 sq-ft to 3300 sq-ft . Builder quoted price 9000/sq-ft.

Hi Vishal, According to me, the need for completion certificates of projects at the time of registration has been done away with completely, while submission of deeds of declaration has been made mandatory for those projects sanctioned by the development authority after 2011. In my point of view, this is a well approved project by GDA. Banks approving loans are Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, LIC HFL & Punjab National Bank. Noida Sec- 62/63 and Fortis hospital are nearly 1km away from this project. This project is well connected by different modes of transportation and is in close proximity of various civic utilities.In my point of view, this is a well approved project by GDA. As per the builder possession date of Tower-A/B/B1, C/D/E/F & G is on October-2016 and for Tower-I/J/K/L&M is in January 2017.
Hi Giri, I think they will again change the date of possession. I would suggest to the new buyers that be careful, as I am an existing buyer in Ajnara Homes and i expect at least 3 more yrs from now for the possession because of the slow pace of work. Also i have been trying to setup a meeting with Ajnara management but none of them are responding. When i went without a scheduled meeting, they complained that i had come without giving any notice to them.

You are right Surbhi. Combined action from many customers will put more pressure on the builder rather than each one of us trying separately. I am sure there are many more customers like us but was wondering if anyone else is contemplating similar action. Stop paying EMI payments to the bank until there is clarity on this from the builder.
You are absolutely right. Even we few buyers spoke to the bank & have got insider information that banks have stopped all payment to all these builders.

Q: Sir I booked a flat under NOEMI plan in red apple residency project Raj Nagar extension Ghaziabad in 2013. But it seems that they cannot complete project ever. Extending possession date every 3-4 months.What can I do against these people? Kindly advice.

I think there should not be an issue with the project as Ghaziabad Development Authority has approved this project and at the same time, UP RERA has also approved it.
