i have booked a flat in bdg no -9 , do not know whwn it will start, what will be the future of this project.

Hi All, I own a flat in Building no 20, Ozone Orchid, visited the site last week and met the DB people there. The work for building no 20 is completed till terrace works, and only the plumbing, electrical and internal and external painting is pending. They said the pending work will start from March, and they will give the possession of the house by Jan 2015. Q: I have apartment in Bldg 8. They are saying they will give possession in 2014 End. Is it possible or fake promises?

Hi Shantanu, Thank you so much for the details provided about the project. Looks like the amenities offered by the builder is excellent for the price quoted. Looks like the price they are charging is reasonably OK for 1 and 2 BHK. Since I am planning to buy a flat in this project, what about bank approvals and what are the specifications given by the builder?? Anybody on same page???
