Q: What documents do I need to pay the property tax for a plot at JRGreenpark?

JR Green Park is one of the cheapest builder I have seen ever in my whole life. JR housing uses green park as a hub for all of their projects running near Marsur – Chandapura Anekal surrounding area. Though, JR Green Park association already being formed legally but JR Builder is not ready to handover the layout. Only reason being, they provide shelter to all the laborers (from all their projects), in JR green park. They have full time employed rowdies going door to door for maintenance and threats resident in case of delay by a day or so. If you demand for a repair of street light, they go crazy. They threat to disconnect water. Imagine you are not there at home and some rowdies comes to your home and threat your family. So cool, right? Still wanted to buy JR property? Q: Is the project launched? If yes when and what is the expected possession date of the project. Is this the first project by JR Housing?

Hey Jacob, The project was launched 3 months ago and it is said that the project will get completed by 2016 February. Yes this is the first apartment project by JR Housing Developers.
Stay away from JR Housing. There are 2 projects (JR Greenpark, JR Lakefront view) executed by this builder right next to JR Nexus. Just visit their once and meet few of the residents for live feedback. I may be wrong but they'll definitely share their horrible experiences and the challenges staying in this layout.It'smore than 5 Years old project and would not able to locate any facility like club house, swimming pool, maintenance, plants and so on..Do not to worry about security, they are very friendly to every outsider and most of the time gate will remain open for any unwanted guest.The biggest fraud builder in the city. There is no management, no ethics, not at all a responsible builder at all. It's 1 time investment of 1 crore (almost) and loose peace and harmony from forever.

How is the reputation of the builder JR Housing Developers? Is it a good idea to invest in Chandapura Anekal Road?
JR Housing (Greenaprk Lakefront) is one of the worst builder specially their project executed/executing in Chandapura Anekla Main road are in a pathetic condition. They are big thugs and known for all kind of frauds. There is no quality, absolutely no standard maintain and not hiegine at all. The live example is GR Greenpark Lakefront View. If you do not believe this, please go and talk to the residents their. They'll guide you. This layout is known for street dogs and cattles too. It's a free path for factory laborers and a shit/toilet paradise for contractors and laborers. There is no club house, no swimming pool, no greenery, no maintaince staff, no plants, none of the roads are tarred yet. Although all these charges you have to pay in advance. In return they'll ensure to torture you every day. This project sucks.

JR Housing sets all time high record of poor quality and never ending construction/development saga. I like there consistency about defending their projects shamelessly. JR Housing big liar a big thug Few of the highlights about JR Housing in JR green park - JR Green park popularly known as cattle layout. Most of the builders relatives stays surrounding Marsur - Chandapura area and utilizes his layout’s assets for their personal misuse. Swimming pool is the live example. All those laborers and villagers/relatives uses religiously. Hardly you’ll see builder is cleaning up pool anytime. Clubhouse is another classic example set by JR Green Park builder. It’s more than 8 yrs since building/facility coming up. God knows whether this will come up in the future or collapse before itself. Street lights hardly functional. Inexperience of JR Housing ditching customer/residents badly from basic needs. Jr Housing Private Limited is one of the well established and reputed company in the field of real estate. Their main aim is to satisfy the customer and deliver the project on time. In the process of growth and change, the company has created a brand name that stands for reliability. I have seen some of their projects, construction wise it is good. Its a good buy :) :)
How JR Housing became reputed, well established and deliver project in committed time frame. See the status of most of the projects they are running from past 10 Yrs without basic amenities in JR Greenpark, JR Green wood, JR coconest, JR Lakefront, etc - 1) Worst builder, shameless builder, Hench Builder 2) Most of the street light non-functional. It gets switched on need basis. 3) Security is for namesake and functional only on Saturday and Sunday. Remember, Sat/Sun is customer visit day. 4) You can see few housing keeping ladies deployed in the layout on main road from main gate, only to trap new customers. You'll be rewarded if could locate them on week days. 5) Street light in main road remains dead most of the time. Security itself seats in dark. Imagine how they would be functioning. 6) Clubhouse not ready yet. It seems JR Housing doesn't have fund to complete it. 7) JR Housing claims swimming pool functional. Yes, it is ready but only for laborers, contractors & villag
