Even after so many complaints were launched to the governing municipal body of the area, no action has been taken to solve the problem by the municipality. As far as the structure of the apartments at Jhaveri Silver Lake Vista is concerned, I have some info to share with you. The frame is made of earthquake-proof RCC, with the internal wall painted in Acrylic Emulsion and the external walls printed in all weather paints that is up to you to choose. The master bedroom has wooden flooring, while vitrified tile flooring and skirting has been applied in bedrooms and balcony. One of the main issues is that of the ratio deal which is obstructing the growth of real estate sector here in Indore. For example if the total construction cost is Rs 1000, and the concession on the steel and the ceramic tiles amounts to just Rs 20, then that’s not much, is it? Otherwise you’ll have to buy in a highly competitive market. As of now, companies like Infosys, TCS and Impetus have already been signed up for the SEZs in Indore. And this includes all the colonies which have received the permission from both the panchayat and the administration before becoming a part of the Indore municipal corporation. So basically there is going to be a spot inspection, if any colony is found to be lacking in any department of amenities, then they will be allotted a particular time frame within which they will need to get it all in shape. And also this will provide water to mainly the colonies on the bypass. The total funds allocated for this project is Rs 58 crores. The project is still waiting to get approved. This is all under the initiative of our mayor KM Moghe. Also did you hear that he said that we don’t have to pay the water taxes till 2012? Now we only have to pay for the years of 2013 and 2014. Well, I see that the legal approvals for the apartments have been made by Indore development authority, but anyhow you should check with the builders for other documents like NOC and CC. I am guessing that the residential project's construction and land area have been finalised and have been approved by the Indore Development authority and to add to that the project is also a Government approved MR12 project which means that the builders have got most approvals done for the project.
