I am planning to buy an apartment house in a gated community in Hyderabad. Here is my requirement.
1. Area - Hi-Tech City, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kondapur and 5km radius of Cyber towers.
2. Budget - 80 to 90 lakhs.
3. I can wait for 3/4 years, if a good property is under construction.
Please do consider my requirement and suggest me few good options that I consider.
Hello this place is very close to the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road on the Osman Nagar Side and has several other such interesting projects being constructed around it. There's CSE Ozone Heights and Tudor Ken in a close by location.
I agree --Tudor Ken is a great project, but for people who can afford to live away from the hub

Hey, Ravi, Yeah. The Prestige project has recently announced two new projects in the city of Hyderabad. The Prestige Estates is a very well known and reputed company in Bangalore and they have made some really good and reputed projects in Bangalore.

I recently booked one in it. It is a good project especially for a city like Hyderabad where you want to invest at the lowest price. It is just 3500 per sq ft. And, the location is just fantastic. You should go through a channel partner, or else you will not get any discount...I did the same.I recently booked one in it. Pacifica is a 3.5 billion dollar entity. They have all the clearances, infact they have been constructing hotels across the US, and in India- Marriot. Pacifica Aurum on Chennai has been rated as one of the best projects in Chennai. Prestige is just across the road and is asking 4750. Infact I have heard that a lot of people have moved from Prestige to Pacifica. HYD market investing 5k with 2020 delivery date is a little too much. I may be wrong. I preferred to go with Pacifica, Prestige I have heard is truggling to sell even

They are almost finishing excavation. They have all the clearances with a lot of aprtments sold already...Handover Q1 2018. BTW, they have 40 acre land and they have just started with 6 acre development. They cant afford delays because they will want to sells aperments on remaining 34 acres as well. And, the best part is that they are super cash rich..not depending on other projects sales to construct. Vikram

How good is the location of the property if I am working for an IT company in Hitech city or Gachibowli ? Are there any other fully gated projects completed by Elegant Infratech builder. If yes how is the maintenance during the first one year. Please let me know if there are any other concerns with this project, it will be very helpful for me to take a decision. Thanks.
Nagesh, I'm looking for a villa/community which is ready to move and not work in progress villas/club houses etc.
TSS, you may go for Tudor Ken or Infiniti homes depending on your budget but do go through a channel partner to optimize costs :-)

Vikram, Am looking at Kokapet and Gandipet only. Secondly, Tudor Ken is not yet completed. As mentioned I'm looking for completed projects with functioning club house/ swimming pool etc.
Kokapet and Gandipet are good locations. I saw Tudor Ken yesterday infact and they have limited inventory, and all the amenities are ready. It is a lil over the budget for me :-)
