This project is located in Sector 137, Noida, which is a decent residential location. Here you will have 1BHK apartment, with area of 425 sq-ft. This project price will come around 25.28Lac. Location is good, project is good, this project will be good for you.

The Supreme Court bench observed that stay of proceedings is unjustified. DLF has a stay in its favor. And HC proceedings are also stayed. Both things cant go on."
Nice judgment. The Supreme Court direction can help the HC in deciding the rights of the allottees and could risk the interests of persons who have invested in Crest if the same is found to be illegal.

Yes this is CMDA approved and it is a very attractive project. Per sqft rate is around Rs. 3499. But they have some cool offers now. You can check that out. Regarding floor-rise you can visit site and enquire as they said it depends on lot of things.

Hi. Yes i have visited the site for KG Earth Homes recently and i loved the features of the project. They are green homes at an excellent location. Working at Siruseri, it is the perfect home for me and my family. You can chk about the completion dates, the quality of project and the documents.

As per the listings available, there are few resale plots available within a price range of Rs7.80 lakh - 15.60 lakh and the size are available from 1500-3000/sq-ft. HI, Info Colony-2 is a ready-to-move project and Bhubaneshwar Development Authority has approved it. Yes, it is a NA plot and you can see the conversion certificate once visit their office. Well Abhishek, Ommshree Infocity-2 is developing near NH5 and has close proximity to 200 ft. wide road is a BDA approved residential plots(Yellow Zone). First possession (with boundary wall) then registration.
