Recently, real estate market is very slow and lot's of inventory pile-up in the NCR region. And most importantly, Real Estate Regulation Bill and demonetization has badly effected this sector. It is expected that the 90% of the deal in real estate market is in black money. After demonetization, construction work on many projects in NCR region will stop due to money crisis. So, if there will be no buyers then builder is impelled to low their flat prices which can benefit you in the coming month.Hi,

The MCD has noted that many taxpayers are committing mistakes while furnishing their property tax form such as furnishing information in wrong TDS Schedules in the Return Form, furnishing wrong challan particulars in respect of Advance tax, Self-assessment tax payments etc.
Rectification request can be filed under sdection 154 of the Income Tax Act by the taxpayer in case of any mistake apparent from the record. I think you should contact you tax department with all the property related documents, they will tell you the proper way. ThanksHi Dimple,
