Hello dear, Greater Hyderabad metropolis has been chosen and is to be developed as a smart city. It is also shortlisted to be among the first 20 cities in the initial and first phase to kick start the works. So Hyderabad city would get Rs.500 crores from the centre over an interval of 5 years for the progress of the city. Hyderabad, as a smart city, would be capable of drawing investments from the global markets and could be capable of competing with the opposite cities.

In my suggest, the project is good for investment as well as residential purpose, if you are looking for his project, please go ahead with booking procedure, also, you will get a better appreciation in future. The project is already in ready to move position and 120 families are already staying in this project. So it is better to visit the project site and analysed yourself for more clear cut idea.

But the demolition drive to clear 90 illegal buildings, which have come up on MIDC land, has still not started as residents of these buildings are obtaining stay orders from the court. Two of the buildings targeted by MIDC demolition team, Ambika Building and Moreshwar Apartment, have got stay till December 31, delaying the action.
As per the report, 3 buildings were demolished in October by MIDC, because of that demolition work over a 100 families had become homeless. But this time they have given enough time to bring stay order from the court.

Rental Demand in this area for residential units is good. For 2BHK unit sized 700-1600 sq ft is available for a monthly rent of Rs 5k-20k. The rental range of a 3BHK unit sized 1000-2930 sq ft is Rs 10K-30K per month.

Q: I am planning to buy an 2bhk apartment in manjooran scarlet in kakkanad. I read some reviews in online that the Manjooran builders are bankrupt. But i was contacted by the NANMA builders saying they have taken over the apartment from manjooran they are onluy sending the apartment. Is it true ?

Yes, there are numerous negative feedback against this builder. The proposed land is not yet filled. Still under the category of wet land(NILAM) in revenue records. As per law filling wet land(NILAM) is a non bailable offence. Secondly, they would not get clearance from Fire and Safety department.
