Hi, The project is in Sarjapur road and located central to 3 main IT hubs that is ITPL, Electronic City & Outer Ring Road. It is really unique. This project is located in a very serene area with lots of space. Also, it is between three major IT hubs and hence it is quite well connected too. Hello. Oxigen by Excel Dwellings has villas and villa plots available. I have booked a villa plot here. The range is around 1.5 crores to 3 crores. I own a 2 BHK in Terraza. The price range starts at Rs. 1.13 Cr. The area differs between different units ranging from 1620 – 2516 sq.ft. I heard the 2 BHK are sold out so 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK must be available. It is a very nice property in a good location. Hello there. I invested in that project and will be occupying very soon there. Its located in Hosur road and the project is built in a 5 acre land. They have all the amenities you would be looking out for and would be a good idea for you to invest there, its a good place for rentals and closely located to the metro station.Hello there.
