Hi, I have booked flat at ACME OZONe ASHWOOD BUILDING & RECENTLY GONE THROUGH DRAFT AGREEMENT. THE AGREEMENT GIVES REFERENCE TO MMRDA RENTAK HOUSING PROJECT COMPLETION LINKED TO COMPLETE HANDOVER OF ASHWOOD AND OAKWOOD. ANY ONE HAS ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS ISSUE.PLEASE PASS ON

Sorry for late revert. Saw ur msg today only. There are 2-3 pointers here:
1. We have booked already and as per our checks, forest land issue is not there for this project. This was personally confirmed by another owner Manish at Thane registration office.
2. Now, registration for the projects is happening. This would not have been possible to do if it would be a forest land.
3. In the draft agreement provided for registration, they have provided the commencement certificate, which is issued only after all the checks, including check for forest land.
4. Few of us appointed a lawyer to check the title clearances and other clearances. He has also confirmed that this is not in forest land as per his checks.

There are very few projects in Kandivali east & Oasis is the best among all. Highly recommended. Area of the apartment, size & plan of the project is worth the price. This project is one of the luxurious project in Andheri. Price is better compared to other projects in the same vicinity. A 10 year old property has the same price as this one. Specification mentioned by Acme in the brochure are excellent. I'm planning to purchase one by March eod.
